These 4 1/2″ Kutzall Sanding Discs are made in the USA and have a semi-flat surface, which allows you to effortlessly level high spots, or adjust uneven surfaces. Despite their relatively flat shape, the slight curvature will allow for controlled free-hand, flat, or convex shaping. Though aggressive, the teeth leave a surprisingly smooth surface. They are used for major material removal on carvings, logs, remodelling, and various do-it-yourself projects.

Kutzall Extreme tools use more aggressive, free-cutting teeth arranged in a regular pattern of rows and columns. They are the fastest-cutting Kutzall tools on most materials and are excellent for ‘heavy hogging’ applications. The open patterns of these teeth are very resistant to loading, even on gummy materials. Recommended maximum speed is 15,000rpm. They are compatible with all popular 4 1/2″ x 7/8″ bore angle grinders including: Makita, Bosch, Dewalt, Black & Decker, Milwaukee, Hitachi and more. Recommended speed range: 5,000 – 15,000rpm. ©
